Our Refund & Returns Policy

At MOONGAINS, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you are welcome to return your order in line with the terms set out below.

Your Right to Cancel

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. This right applies to most goods bought online.

How to Initiate a Return

Provide your order number, product details, and reason for the return.
We will reply with instructions on how to return the item.

Returning Your Item

Items must be returned unused and in original packaging, with all accessories and labels included.
You must return the goods within 14 calendar days of notifying us of your intent to return.
We recommend using tracked shipping for your return.

Non-Returnable Items

Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers).
Custom or personalised products.
Gift cards.
Sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery (for health or hygiene reasons).

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, contact us immediately. We will arrange for the return at no cost to you and offer a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days of us receiving your returned item. Refunds will be made to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
If the product is faulty or incorrect, we will reimburse your reasonable return postage costs.
